Uniwell releases a Customer Loyalty System for the AX3000.
Keep customers coming back with the new inbuilt customer loyalty system on the AX 3000.

The AX 3000 now has a variety of customer loyalty point systems to choose from
1) Points are awarded in accordance with the purchase amount and accumulated in a Customer File. A customer can choose to pay by points or accumulate points when they make a purchase.
2) Individual products, or product groups can be used to accumulate points when they are sold. When the customers accumulated points reach a pre-defined level, a % discount is applied to the customer’s current transaction or next transaction.
3) A % discount per purchase amount is accumulated in customers file and the accumulated discount is offered when a customer has made a  pre-defined number of visits.
4) A discount amount is applied to a slice of each purchase amount (for example, 0.20 discount per 5.00 purchase amount).
5) A fixed discount is given for all purchases of a total transaction or certain items within the transaction.

The Queensland Government Sports Facilities Authority chooses Uniwell for the new Skilled Park Stadium.
Skilled Park Stadium, built by Watpac Construction and managed by Queensland Government Sports Facilities Authority with catering organised by Michael O’Brien Catering.
These 3 organisations got together during construction time to make a decision about which POS system to install to cater for the many thousands of hungry and thirsty fans on game and function days.
They were looking for a system that was fast, robust and reliable while at the same time being easy to operate by the mainly casual staff that would be serving customers on the day. The system also had to be sophisticated enough to provide a wealth of back office stock and sales information to Michael O’Brien Catering.
From a host of systems available on the market the organisers settled on a POS System supplied by Uniwell POS Australia.
The original installation of 100 Uniwell terminals has now been expanded to 112 Terminal.
