Return Material Authorisation

- A quote rejection fee of $65 ex GST will apply to all declined quotes.
- If the faulty equipment is requested to be returned on a declined quotation then return freight will be charged
- Freight will be charged in addition to the quoted price.
- It is the responsibility of the operator to make sure they have appropriate backup of data. Uniwell POS Australia will not be held responsible for loss of data.
- Please make sure that the unit is packed securely as any courier damage will be the responsibility of the sender.
- Returned goods must be in original and unmarked packaging with all included accessories.
- Returned goods must be in new and saleable condition.
- A $20 or 15% (whichever is greater) restocking fee applies to all returned goods.
